A great Ethiopian coffee is so easy to love. This fantastic offering comes from the narrow section of highland plateau in the Northwestern part of the coveted Gedeo Zone. Prime coffee terroir. The coffee grown here is known the world over as “Yirgacheffe.” This one comes from the Adame Gorbota COOP, considered one of the best run cooperatives in the YCFC Union, made up of quintessential Gedeo family farms; small and forested, averaging 1 acre apiece.
