Santa Mama Coffee Co. has been roasting in Delaware Water Gap since 2017.

We’re people who are passionate about coffee, love our work, take pride in what we do, and always build from a place grounded in respect, empathy and recognition.

We roast-to-order in super small batches, ensuring the best in quality and freshness. And we only source coffee that is certified organic because of the negative impact that chemical pesticides have on the environment and the health of farmers/producers at the origin. However, sometimes we’ll make exceptions - such as when purchasing coffee from a very small direct trade partner whose record of environmental stewardship is clearly known to us, but for whom organic certification is not yet feasible.
